Healthy Halloween Candy

Is there such a thing?

The question comes up: what to give out for Halloween that you can feel good about. Or should we just live with moderation in mind and give out what kids really want? Snickers Bars? M&M's? Kit Kats? Nah! There are some awesome and organic and somewhat healthy treats out there.

Here are some of mine to name a few:

Newmans Own Organic dark chocolate peanut butter cups (they sell them individually wrapped)
Bug Bites are organic dark or milk chocolate squares
Yummy Earth Organic Lollipops
Yummy Earth hopscotch butterscotch drops
Pretzels
Organic Boxed Raisins (kinda boring, I know)

Head out to your local health foods store, Whole Foods or Trader Joes and buy some of these treats for your trick or treaters!

Tell me what healthy treats you gave out.

And, check out what Dr. Weil has to say about this topic:
