I just came across this article from Women’s Health Magazine on how doing yoga can help reduce cellulite. It makes sense as yoga does help to improve not just blood circulation, but circulation of lymphs as well. When lymph nodes (our body has hundreds of them!)become stagnant or backed up, cellular waste builds up in our bodies and causes the appearance of cellulite (as well it weakens our immune system).
Other ways to improve lymphatic drainage (and, reduce cellulite) are dry brushing , drinking detoxifying dandelion root tea with fresh squeezed lemon, hydrating (drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day) and of course, eat a clean non-dead, nutrient rich diet!
