I love most all the recipes… however, I’m surprised Mark would recommend eating swordfish. As far as I knew swordfish was quite a heavy hitter in the mercury department. But otherwise, these recipes look AHHHH-Mazing. I can’t wait to try the baked eggs with spinach, the pork medallions and the lamb burgers with mozzarella! OMG.
The piece is in slideshow format which I find a bit tedious, but the information is great. Protein, protein, protein! And, what I love most: tofu is not mentioned once!
