Welcome to the Aimee Raupp 2013 New Year’s Countdown

Welcome to the Aimee Raupp 2013 New Year's Countdown

Hello All!  I'm so excited to share with you my 2013 New Year's Countdown blogfest.  Every week leading up to 2013 I am going to release a blog that is going to help YOU stay on track with your health and wellness through the chaotic and overindulgent holiday season.

Here's the fun part!…

For every blog post, I am looking to all of you to comment on the posting on my Facebook fan page–it can be something simple or something long-winded–whatever you desire.  But, for each and every comment, I am going to donate 25 cents to my most favorite charity: Wellness In The Schools.

Yes, for every single comment, I am going to donate 25 cents to Wellness In The Schools.

Wellness in the Schools inspires healthy eating, environmental awareness and fitness as a way of life for kids in public schools across the country. Through meaningful public/private partnerships with school leadership, teachers, chefs, coaches, parents and kids, Wellness in the Schools creates hands-on programs such as Cook for KidsGreen for Kids and Coach for Kids.  These programs provide healthy foods, healthy environments and opportunities for regular play to help kids learn and grow.

Sounds right up my alley, right?  I'm sure it appeals to you as well.

I'm really looking forward to raising some money for this amazing organization–and it all depends on you guys.  Please comment on my blogs and help me reach my goal of donating $1,000 to Wellness In The Schools by December 31, 2012. And, tell your friends.  We can do this together!

Looking forward to sharing my first blog in this series with you next week!
