I use the aromatherapy sticks daily, I choose to use these instead of perfume, I love the subtle sent and I love that I can trust that it is made with quality ingredients. These aromatherapy also support my moods, I often wear calm to work. My young niece wanted to wear some as well I put it on her wrist and the whole afternoon I saw her putting her wrist up to her nose to smell her aromatherapy.
