Processed Food Linked To Depression!!

Wowsers. Hate to say I told you so, but….

Researchers at University College London studied almost 4,000 people and found a direct correlation between the intake of processed foods and depression. People who ate, foods like non-organic meats and meat products, fried foods, sweetened foods, pastries and desserts–basically, the typical American diet– had a 58% increased predisposition to depression.

FIFTY-EIGHT PERCENT, PEOPLE!

The same researchers also found that a diet including plenty of anti-oxidant rich fresh vegetables and fruit, Omega-3 rich fish and organic foods could help prevent the onset of depression.
