Processed Food Linked To Depression!!

Researchers at University College London studied almost 4,000 people and found a direct correlation between the intake of processed foods and depression. The same researchers also found that a diet including plenty of anti-oxidant rich fresh vegetables and fruit, Omega-3 rich fish and organic foods could help prevent the onset of depression.
