Join us for an evening of learning, stress management, and support. Team Aimee’s licensed clinician and fertility trauma coach, Samantha, will be leading us in a discussion around the monthly theme as it relates to the fertility journey. This brief talk will provide an overview of the topic as well as some activities and coping strategies that may be beneficial along your journey. This will also include a meditation or other grounding exercise. If you are unable to attend we will be sending out the recording as well as a walkthrough of the activity Samantha has created. You will have access to the recording for 30 days.
