Speaker 1:

Hello again. I feel like I've just been live all week. How are you guys? I am here now with… Guess what? Now, we are doing another fertility hot seat. Another fertility hot seat. This is where, as a reminder… Oh my God, people are already jumping in. As a reminder, you request to join me live, and I will bring you on for a free 15 minute consult based on my clinical experience. This is not medical advice, this is based on my clinical experience, which is 20 years of clinical experience. And then also, I've written four books. They're above my head right there. Two of them are best sellers in this space of fertility. I have helped thousands of women on their path to motherhood. And also, if you are chosen today into the hot seat, you get a discount, a promo code that you can use towards my Yes, You Can Get Pregnant ecourse.

On that note, if you guys are hemming and hawing about joining the ecourse, I will light a little fire under your ass. The doors are going to close in 36 hours. Less than 36 hours. 34 hours. This course does not open again for another year, so I don't want you to miss the opportunity. As I've been saying, and feel like I've said it a lot and it's in all the emails, 65% of the women who join this course have their babies either 20 plus weeks in their belly or in their arms by 18 months after starting the program. So, that's incentive enough.

A lot of women get to avoid doing fertility treatments or have very great success doing fertility treatments, so they don't need to do multiple fertility treatments. Even the $1,400 that this program costs, I pretty much can guarantee you. I can't make any guarantees. Obviously, nobody can, but you're going to save that money in your fertility treatment costs, and in your over supplementation costs, and in your throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks costs because I'm going to help you figure out exactly what you want to be doing and need to be doing to get and stay pregnant faster.

Now, there are a bunch of people waiting to be selected to come onto this fertility hot seat. So without further ado, I am going to pick someone. Now, keep in mind, one more thing, one more housekeeping item for you. I have a question box on the stories. If you have questions about the ecourse that are burning that you really want answered before you go and make the purchase, please go to my stories and ask a question where that question box is. I'm going through it. I already went through and answered a bunch of them, I will answer more. I'm not going to answer questions about the ecourse on this, because this is about whoever I bring on and their free consult with me. And so, you guys are just meant to sit and listen and learn.

Tomorrow, there are two stories of hope. One happening at 1:00 PM Eastern Time and I will be giving away another scholarship, and then one happening at 7:00 PM Eastern Time where I will also be giving another scholarship. And then, there is another fertility hot seat happening tomorrow at 2:00 PM, and then there also is my normal regular Thursday Instagram live. So, lots of me tomorrow as well. Hopefully, you're not sick of me by then. Tomorrow, we will have the open floor when I do my live, where you can ask questions about the ecourse and how it can best support you. I'm really just going to talk about the importance of advocating for yourself and having the right team and the right plan in place.

Everybody loves listening to the Stories of Hope. Thank you so much. I love sharing them. Obviously, I'm here this week a lot because we're really encouraging all of you to sign up for my signature ecourse. Sure, there's a business aspect to that, but there's a deep service aspect to that for me. What is the favorite part of all of this, for me, is sharing those stories. It makes me so emotional. But just seeing the transformation that happens in the women that I work with, and then the honor that they give me and all of you to come live and share their stories so openly and so vulnerably.

It's a big week. We do this every year, and it's a lot of fucking fun, and it's a lot of hope and a lot of inspiration for all of you. But also, know that it's so tender and vulnerable for me too to see these women just have their dreams come true and really step into their power and learn to advocate for themselves and really take advantage of all that I have learned. I pour my knowledge into every single student that comes my way in this ecourse and person I get to work with. It's a gift. I just feel very blessed. I hope you all can see that and know that, and that I only do it and share this information, not to make anyone feel left out, but to continue you on the path of hope and dreams because you deserve the life of your dreams.

If there is a baby that you are longing for, you deserve this baby. Yeah, whatever I can do to help you connect the dots is my goal in life. So without any more babbling from me, okay, Hazel B., I'm going to give you another shot. Let's see. Yesterday you weren't able to join, but maybe today, you can. Oh, it worked. Yay. It's meant to be.

Speaker 2:

Hey.

Speaker 1:

Hi.

Speaker 2:

Hi, Amy. I'm sorry I didn't think that I'm chosen.

Speaker 1:

Well, you tried yesterday and it wouldn't work. And so, I saw you today. I said I got to choose her.

Speaker 2:

Thank you. Thank you.

Speaker 1:

You're welcome.

Speaker 2:

Let me pull over.

Speaker 1:

Yes. No driving during a fertility hot seat please.

Speaker 2:

Thank you.

Speaker 1:

Rule number one, this is not medical advice. And rule number two, do not drive while you're in the hot seat.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'm not driving.

Speaker 1:

How are you? Tell me what's going on. How can I help?

Speaker 2:

Hi. I am 34. I have a daughter. She's 19 months old. When we are trying to conceive her, it was two years ago, I was 32, but we tried two years to get her pregnant. At that time, because my age is much more younger, they just did some hormonal tests, and they went normal so they didn't do anything. And then, we tried exactly two years, and then, I got pregnant naturally.

Speaker 1:

Naturally, okay.

Speaker 2:

At this time, when I got my period back, and we tried six months. I went to my OB if we can do anything, because at this time, I'm 34, close to 35, and I have a history of getting pregnant for two years. She did the test, and my image come back low. It was 0.85 when she did the test. And then, she referred me to an [inaudible 00:07:36], ER. And then, she did the tests again. And then, my image come a little bit higher, 0.99. She did all other tests, and FSH is normal, and estrogen, it was normal as well. She did antral follicle count. There is two on one side, three on one side. She said it's a little bit low but still not too bad. And then, she did the saline test.

Speaker 1:

Yes, saline sonogram.

Speaker 2:

I have some polyps. She recommended to remove it, but we haven't remove it yet. My husband's sperm came back a little bit low, not too bad. And then, she asks us to do an IVF. Because at that numbers, [inaudible 00:08:46] AMAs and a little bit more sperm, we couldn't get pregnant naturally. So, she recommend us to do an IVF cycle.

Speaker 1:

Did you do it? Are you doing it?

Speaker 2:

No, I'm not doing it. And then after that, I'll just do some research. Actually, I bought your book before all of these, and I started reading this Egg Quality Diet. I haven't done all of things, but I'm gluten free and all the soy free, not too much dairy free but some cheese but no other dairy.

Speaker 1:

Tell me about your period. Does it come regularly?

Speaker 2:

It is regular, but it is short cycle and my luteal phase is still short, like nine days.

Speaker 1:

Okay. So then, you have a 25-day cycle kind of thing?

Speaker 2:

Yes. Yes. 25, 26, 24, but no more than 25.

Speaker 1:

Do you see good cervical mucus with ovulation?

Speaker 2:

Actually, sometimes I'm seeing it, but it is not just on the ovulation day. It starts with ovulation day and goes along couple more days. I'm not sure if I'm having it or not.

Speaker 1:

Okay. What's your period like? How heavy is it?

Speaker 2:

It is not heavy.

Speaker 1:

It's light. Okay.

Speaker 2:

It is clouded but it is light. Yeah.

Speaker 1:

What color?

Speaker 2:

Red.

Speaker 1:

Wine colored, purple, bright red?

Speaker 2:

Red.

Speaker 1:

Red. Okay. Is it painful or crampy?

Speaker 2:

No, it's not painful.

Speaker 1:

And then, you've been menstruating again since you gave birth for what, eight months or so, at this point?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, nine months.

Speaker 1:

Nine months. Okay. Are you still breastfeeding, or did you breastfeed?

Speaker 2:

Yes, I'm doing it a couple times a day. Not too much, but yeah.

Speaker 1:

Okay. Two times a day. And then, how about supplements? What are you taking?

Speaker 2:

I'm taking Omega-3. I've just started liver pills, and some prenatals and Vitamin C and Vitamin D, because my vitamin D was a little bit low, like 30-ish.

Speaker 1:

Okay. [inaudible 00:11:24]. Do you know that? Low [inaudible 00:11:24] and low vitamin D are correlated? So, you get the D up, your AMH will go up. And then, the prenatal has methylfolate, not folic acid?

Speaker 2:

Yes, methylfolates.

Speaker 1:

Good. Okay. And the liver pills you just started. Okay. The Omegas, what else am I missing here guys? Okay. So, things I would think about. I don't necessarily think you need to go into IVF and I sense your hesitation too. Even if you said to me I want to start IVF, I would probably tell you or I'm going to tell you to do… You got the Egg Quality Diet. But even if you're living the Yes, You Can Get Pregnant Diet, which I kind of categorize them a little differently. Egg Quality is that elimination diet. It's a little more aggressive even if you follow the Yes, You Can Get Pregnant and really focused on getting the protein and the vegetables in, that [inaudible 00:12:23] grams of protein, six to eight servings of vegetables, get your fat content up. That should help. Because it sounds to me like what's probably happening is you have a normal follicular phase and maybe a decent ovulation, but I think the egg isn't strong enough to then create the healthy corpus luteum, which is causing your luteal phase to be short.

Speaker 1:

And so, the healthier and juicier that egg is, and that starts in the particular phase, the better the ovulation you'll have, and then, the longer the luteal phase. The other thing… If you were to go do IVF right now, you might not get the best results. The other thing though, the truth is, is when doctors look at AFC, antral follicle count, AMH and FSH, if one doesn't match, which that antral follicle count doesn't totally matched, most doctors throw it out, and they say it just is an off cycle. You're just not highly recruiting right now. And that could be due to breastfeeding, that could be… Because was your period before you had your daughter, was it heavy than it is now or was it the same?

Speaker 2:

It is the same. I just had some cramping on the first day of the cycle, but after her, I'm no longer having cramps. But they look pretty much the same. It's light, short cycles. Yes.

Speaker 1:

Do you get tired or fatigued with your period or headaches or anything?

Speaker 2:

I get tired, yes. I feel so low energy during period time.

Speaker 1:

In Chinese medicine… Obviously, this is a 15-minute call, so I'm jumping, but you sound blood deficient to me. And blood, we don't have estrogen in Chinese medicine. So, estrogen is what really ripens the follicles and gets them very mature and ripe to then have the strong ovulation and then the strong corpus luteum for the progesterone. We talk about blood in Chinese medicine because there is no estrogen. And so, it's all about building blood. Even before, probably those two years, it probably was just timing and catching the right egg. Maybe you were doing some dietary changes when you did conceive her. Did you shift anything around the time when you conceived your daughter?

Speaker 2:

Actually, that time, I have a constipation issue always, a gut issues. This is a big issue for me. I haven't resolved during these years actually. At that time, I was trying gluten-free diet, but then I stopped it. But then after I stopped it, I conceived gluten but not too much and then I got pregnant.

Speaker 1:

It could have been. Here's the thing, this is how my brain works. If you're constipated… This is Chinese medicine. If you're constipated or have any kind of GI issues, either too loose, too low, it tells me there's an absorption issue. You're not absorbing your nutrition, which then is compromising the quality of every single cell in your body. In Chinese medicine, we need to consume our foods to then build blood and have those juicy eggs. And so, removing the gluten, remember the egg you're ovulating now, you started recruiting three months ago and was impacted by that environment. So, you could have, by removing the gluten, you improved your absorption, you started getting more nutrition into your cells. And so then, that egg when it was time to ovulate a hundred days later, which maybe, I mean, you'd have to sit and think about the timeframe, but that [inaudible 00:15:55] your healthy, beautiful little girl.

Speaker 1:

And so, I would then think the same approach has to be applied now where I would continue. And then, whatever the things you're doing, your goal should be to start pooping more regularly. I would think about adding magnesium. I would increase the fish oil. Definitely do the liver pills. Definitely do, if you can, gluten, dairy, soy free, and then, high fat content. Think about good quality protein, lots of vegetables that are cooked in ghee or olive oil, coconut oil, that kind of thing. And you should see a shift that, hopefully, either you'll just get pregnant or you'll start to see that luteal phase will lengthen a little bit.

Speaker 1:

And then, also something from the Western perspective that you could do now is get your progesterone levels checked or use the Mira or the Oova at-home kits. Don't just check for ovulation but keep following your progesterone well into [inaudible 00:17:01] phase, like eight days post, nine days post. See what it does. Because if it starts to really drop, that's why you're not getting pregnant. And so then, you want progesterone support. You could do that yourself with an over-the-counter progesterone cream. The NOW brand makes a really nice one. Or you could talk to your doctor and just say, “I'm not ready for IVF, but I did notice,” or ask for blood work.

Speaker 1:

And then, someone did mention, “What about IUIs?” I do think that could also be smart, however I would still do the same thing where I would take a month or two to really hone in, focus on the diet and the supplements, and really focus on building that blood. We want to see you get less constipated and less tired with your periods. Those are the two things that I would look for. And then, you should also then see, not that you're not seeing the mucus, but even a juicier ovulation, a lot of cervical mucus.

Speaker 1:

And then with your husband's sperm, same thing. Put him on the liver pills, put him on a good multi, put him on the fish oil. I also spirulina for sperm health, which I talk about. I have a video. If you just Google me and the Healthy Daddy Diet, you'll see that video. Incorporate some of that stuff for him and give it a few months. That would be my take of almost go back to doing what worked in the past, and look at your constipation and your fatigue as your red flag symptoms. That's what we want to go after. And then, that'll just set you up for a healthier pregnancy and one that you'll feel better in as well.

Speaker 2:

So being constipated, that means that the supplements that I cannot observe [inaudible 00:18:40].

Speaker 1:

Probably, yeah. Yeah. The first thing is we have to improve digestion, and then, you're starting to absorb. So, it is. I see a lot of patients that come to me, I always say they're on 30 different supplements, but they have diarrhea every day. I'm like, “Okay. This is really expensive poop basically.” And that's why I love food-based supplements because, at least, it's food and it's nourishment and you can digest it. But that's also why I couple the dietary changes with the supplements because most of us are eating things, especially if we're consuming the commercial gluten and dairy soy that's in processed packaged foods. We're not absorbing our nutrition and it's poor. We're all nutrient deficient. And so, that's what I would focus on first.

Speaker 1:

And then, you can reassess. If you're not pregnant, say in those three months or even six months, then maybe you consider IUI. I agree with the commenter here. Then, IVF. I think she's prematurely pushing you there because of that low antra follicle count. But you could just say, “You know what, I'm not going to do anything this cycle.” You go in and get tested again next cycle, I guarantee you the AFC will be different. They're just going to jump around. And the AMA sure they want to see it over a one because of your age. But from what I can tell clinically, it has nothing to do with pregnancy outcomes. I wouldn't worry about it. I mean, it's easy for me to sit here and say that, but it really doesn't seem to translate to… It translates to poor fertility treatment outcomes in some cases, but not even yours at a 0.99. You'd still have probably decent outcomes. I would just worry about the health and maturity of those follicles or the eggs that you get, if you did IVF.

Speaker 2:

Okay. Thank you.

Speaker 1:

You're welcome, my love. Any other questions for me right now? You feel good?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, actually regarding these… I'm sorry. What was that? When they did the saline test, they found this-

Speaker 1:

The polyps. Oh right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah. Is there something that I can do rather than [inaudible 00:20:54]?

Speaker 1:

I would do castor oil packs. I would do those, and that'll also help with the juiciness of the ice because it helps include ovarian blood flow. It'll help improve AMH. So, I would do the castor oil packs. The same thing, polyps, cysts, fibro, all of that are accumulation. It's like stagnation. We call it dampness or stagnation in Chinese medicine. So, the same thinking applies of malabsorption and things, kind of the way your constipation is. It's like things are gummed up on the inside. So if you start getting things to flow in your body, those polyps should resolve.

It also doesn't sound like they're causing a lot of issue. I think that's something you can look at again, say in the next few months if you don't get pregnant, and then maybe consider removing them. But usually, the ones that are causing issue, they're causing a lot of heavy bleeding or pain and that kind of thing. These don't sound like that. So, it's something to keep an eye on, but I do think you could probably work on resolving them yourself.

Speaker 2:

Okay. I guess, yeah, thank you. I got it. Thank you so much.

Speaker 1:

You're so welcome. I'm glad we got to talk. And then also, if you are interested in the ecourse, you do get $100 off. Just DM us and we'll give you the promo code. It could still really be useful, especially because we're going to do the fertility reboot together as a group, and you get access to that. And so, it would really be good to get you on board, doing the diet, that kind of stuff, and then continued support as you progress through these next couple months. So, think about it. It'd be fun.

Speaker 2:

Okay. Okay. I'll DM you.

Speaker 1:

Okay. Okay. Thank you.

Speaker 2:

Thank you so much, Aimee.

Speaker 1:

You're welcome, my love.

Speaker 2:

Thank you.

Speaker 1:

Have a beautiful, beautiful day.

Speaker 2:

Bye.

Speaker 1:

Bye. Okay. You X out, and I'm just going to make sure there's no questions or comments that need my attention. You can just hit the X, yeah. It should take you out. You see it on yours, or it says leave. Okay. Bye, my love. She's so sweet. You guys are so sweet. If you've been looking for over a year, you wish you jumped in last September. Oh, that's cute. That is sweet for my team. Well, we do have the Yes, You Can Get Pregnant ecourse waitlist, and we have people, we have over 400 or 500 of you who have joined that waitlist since January of 2022. And so, I know there's a lot of people that are hemming and hawing about the course. Yeah, take this as your sign to just do it.

The seven payment plan makes it really affordable. I mean, in my opinion, it comes out to be about… It's $257 a month for seven months, and that's about $50 a week for those seven months. I think that makes it very affordable for many people. And it's aimeeraupp.com/7pay, I think. Is there a dash or is it just 7pay? My team will put it in. But that's something too if finances are holding you back and I get it, fucking all of this stuff is so expensive. But I also want to reiterate, there is a perfect example of a case that… And I just spent 15 minutes with her, that I've already stopped the ball rolling with IVF for her. Not because I don't like IVF, I'm such a supporter of anything you guys need to do to bring home your babies, but it's premature for her case. There's a lot of cases that it's premature for.

And then also, don't we want to do some prep work. If we're having these period issues and other things going on, that's a sign that we're not going to have the best response to this IVF. And so, that's a lot of what I do. The work I do in this course is getting women as prepared as possible so they can have, if they do fertility treatments, the most success with that first fertility treatment or that second one instead of having to do four, five, or six. So, the savings is there. The savings is there when it comes to over supplementing. I really streamline things for you. The savings is there. I'm really clear cut. These are the lab tests. This is what we need to get done. There's no confusion. It's very clear. This is the plan. This is the protocol. And so, if you will, I think it's a very valuable course my Yes, You Can Get Pregnant ecourse.

Oh, okay. Carolyn, that's really good feedback. I have had women that we've removed the poly and then they get pregnant. Even in her case, I feel like it's not the only thing going on, but I could very well be wrong. That's why I told her to stay on top of it. Let's keep an eye on it, and if not in three months, then we go and get them removed. But I think that's great feedback, Carolina. Carolina, Carolina, Carolina. You can be Carolina. Okay. Let's see.

If you're allergic to certain fish, there's algae supplements out there, or there are some other essential fatty acids that are not from fish. Oh, just found you from Naturally Nora's podcast and thinking strongly about the ecourse. Well, thank you. Just get that thinking done in the next 24 to 36 hours, because the course enrollment is closing very soon. Yeah, I'm not… The castor oil pack, we're not going to answer. This is not a Q&A, but take questions. If you guys still have questions for me, go to stories, and I have a question box up right now. Ask questions and I'll come through and I'll answer them. Okay?

Joined the ecourse yesterday, I'm feeling pressured into IVF because I turned 40 this year and I can't explain why it doesn't feel right to me. So, that's it. You're listening here, Fay-fay, and I can't wait to see you. I can see you in our Q&A if you've already joined the ecourse, so that's exciting. There's going to be a lot of newbies tomorrow and a ton of newbies next week. I go live inside our private community every Thursday for our weekly Q&A, and I can't wait to meet all the newbies. I hope to see you guys there.

Okay. Okay. I'm going to go, and I am going to go detox from screens for the next hour and a half. I have a call at 4:45. So, I have two hours actually without screen time. I will see you guys later. But if you have more burning questions about the ecourse or just about how I can help you or any guidance and support, head over to stories, there's a question box up, I will come back through and answer them. Like I said, I'm going to be live a lot tomorrow, and I hope to see you guys in the weekly Q&A, either tomorrow or next week. So, go and join that ecourse. The aimeeraupp.com/7pay is the seven payment plan, and aimeeraupp.com/yes are all the other options. I think there's only one spot left to work privately with me. There's only two spots left for the group coaching, and then, the basics, you guys, there's plenty of spots left there. Okay. Ciao. Have a beautiful day.
