This oil has been a life changer. I was a restless sleeper and would toss and turn all night. I spray this on every night before bed and find it very soothing and calming. This stuff is amazing!! will knock you out!! my hubby and i don’t like to use it during the weekdays because we won’t wake up in time to go to work! we already sleep well. However, I do spray it on nights when I have difficulty falling asleep! amazing stuff!

Have found this to help with a much deeper and refreshing night’s sleep! As someone with an autoimmune syndrome that makes restless nights common, this has been such a game changer for me.
I use an amount of sprays recommended by Aimee from one of her Instagram live talks. I found that the higher amount of sprays can make my eyes feel a little heavy when I wake up, so I reduced to the lower recommended amount of sprays and have been sleeping so well, with no issues waking up in the morning.
