A post on acupuncture!? Yes, I know… sometimes I forget to write about what it is I actually practice for a living.

Anyway, for those of you who have undergone acupuncture treatments, you know how amazingly relaxed and refreshed you feel after a session.

A recent study out of the Journal of Clinical Oncology showed that acupuncture not only reduced hot flashes in breast cancer patients but it also improved sex drive, energy levels and clarity of thought.
