About Me

Hi, I’m Aimee Raupp, bestselling author, fertility expert, and passionate advocate for women’s health. For over 20 years, I’ve been helping women and their partners around the world get pregnant, overcome the odds, and feel empowered in their bodies, even when they’ve been told there is no hope.

My professional journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rutgers University, followed by a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. My graduate medical training included extensive coursework in nutrition, Chinese dietary therapy, herbal medicine, reproductive health, biochemistry, and integrative medicine, as well as advanced graduate-level work in neuroscience and microbiology. I also pursued additional continuing education in functional medicine and nutritional science through The Institute for Functional Medicine and completed coursework through the Weston A. Price Foundation. During my graduate training, I worked as a research scientist on multiple NIH-funded grants focused on complementary and alternative medicine, which helped shape the evidence-informed foundation I bring to every client I serve. This unique blend of Western science and Eastern wisdom is at the core of everything I do.

I’m the author of five books on women’s health and fertility: Chill Out & Get Healthy, Yes, You Can Get Pregnant, Body Belief, The Egg Quality Diet, and the newly revised and expanded Yes, You Can Get Pregnant (2026). Each book was born from the desire to educate, inspire, and guide women to reconnect with their bodies and their innate ability to conceive and heal.

My work as a fertility expert is not just professional, it’s personal. I conceived naturally in my 40s (at 40 and 45), and I know firsthand what it feels like to want a baby and be told it might not be possible. I also know what it’s like to go through devastating loss. I lost my pregnancy at 45 to Turner Syndrome. I’m here to tell you: it is possible. Your body is not broken. You are not too old. And with the right support, healing is within reach.
