Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all domestic orders.
For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your package’s weight, destination, and current USPS shipping rates.
As a small business, we truly appreciate your support and understanding.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped every Monday and Wednesday.
To be included in that day’s shipment, your order must be placed by 8:00 AM ET. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping & Customs
Will I have to pay customs duties, taxes, or tariffs?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Why weren’t customs charges included in my order total?
Customs duties, taxes, and tariffs are determined by your country’s regulations and are collected by your local customs authority or shipping carrier. Because these charges vary by destination, we are unable to calculate or collect them at checkout.
Will Aimee Raupp Beauty reimburse customs or import fees?
No. Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
What happens if I refuse to pay customs fees?
If an order is refused because customs duties or import fees are not paid, any return shipping charges, customs fees, or other costs incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
