The Functional Fertility Coaching program is the deepest dive Aimee offers her clients. If you are ready for a radical transformation, this is for you.
What you get in this 6-month program:
4 hours of deep dive fertility coaching
BASIC program
- This includes one 60 minute session with Aimee; the rest of your fertility coaching sessions are with Team Aimee fertility coaches (unless you purchase the VIP package; see below for details)
- Aimee & her coaches will do a complete health & lifestyle deep dive on you, covering all the modalities Team Aimee uses: Traditional Chinese Medicine, Functional Medicine, nutrition, herbs, supplements & lifestyle
- Aimee & her team will use their 50+ years of collective clinical experience to design a specific fertility enhancing protocol for you based on your functional medicine tests, recent labs, medical history, TCM diagnosis, lifestyle & emotional state.
- If you upgrade to the VIP group coaching program, you will get 5 hours of deep dive fertility coaching solely with Aimee; the BASIC group coaching program has only 4 hours of deep dive fertility coaching and only one of those hours is with Aimee, the other 3 are with Team Aimee fertility coaches. So, if you want to work directly with Aimee please sign up for the VIP option.
A functional medicine, hormonal & genetic deep dive
- Using the latest functional medicine testing (GI Map+ zonulin, Dutch Test, Genetics testing and additional recommended lab tests), Aimee and her team will analyze your results and help you figure out exactly what your body needs to be more fertile (all test costs EXCEPT recommended lab work are included in your program fees)
- For clients based anywhere who have previously done functional medicine testing, if the testing is more than one year old you will be required to repeat the testing for this program.
1 Fertility Trauma Coaching Session

1 Hypnotic Anchoring session with our team psychotherapist
30 minutes
- Samantha (a licensed clinical therapist)will take a deep dive into your emotional wellbeing, from discussion of your goals for your future health and wellness, as well as a history of experiences that may have impacted this. Treatment options will be discussed as well as exploration of how past experiences can be explored through treatment options in order to move forward.
- Samantha (a licensed clinical therapist) will review your history and goals for working with her. Discussion of what treatment might look like and recommendations will be discussed along with initial development of strategies to enhance wellbeing.
- Samantha is trained in clinical hypnosis. This hypnotic anchoring session will provide you with an initial hypnotic tool to help reset and calm your nervous system.
6 intimate group coaching sessions
Time will vary depending on group size; 1×/month during the 6-month program
- 3 groups are led by Aimee where you will get a guided meditation led by Aimee PLUS a ‘hotseat’ with Aimee where you will bring your pertinent questions for her to answer.
- 3 are led by Samantha (Team Aimee’s Fertility Trauma Coach and licensed clinical therapist) where you will get the emotional & mental health support you need with different focuses each month. Focuses include group fertility hypnosis, couples support and more.
- These are all recorded so you can access even if you can’t join live (but there is great benefit to being on live during the intimate group sessions as you will get personal attention in these group)
- Women in (intimate) support groups are twice as likely to get pregnant as women who are not
Live Fertility Masterclasses PLUS a large library of previously recorded, content packed masterclasses
- In these masterclasses, a member of Team Aimee will lead a discussion on one of the following topics: nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, mental health, hormonal health, couples support, functional medicine, beauty and more
- This will also be a forum for Q&A with Team Aimee coaches
- These masterclasses are not mandatory but are an extra resource for you go to get even more support and ask your questions (you can submit them ahead of time to your coach) as they come up during your time in the program
- These are all recorded so you can access even if you can’t join live
- In addition to the live masterclasses, which happen once a month, we have a large library of previously recorded masterclasses that you have access to.

About Aimee
Aimee Raupp, MS, LAc, is a renowned women’s health & fertility detective, celebrity acupuncturist & coach, and the best- selling author of the books Chill Out & Get Healthy (2009), Yes, You Can Get Pregnant (2014), Body Belief (2018), and The Egg Quality Diet: A clinically proven 100-day fertility diet to balance hormones, reduce inflammation, improve egg quality & optimize your ability to get & stay pregnant (June 2021).
