Blue Heaven
Ingredients:

Blueberry-Almond Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk, full fat and organic
1 cup filtered water
1 cup blueberries
Handful spinach

Spinach-Maca Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk, full fat and organic
1 cup filtered water
2 handfuls blanched organic spinach
handful of almonds

Pear & Spinach Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 small, overripe banana
1 medium-sized, ripe green pear
2 cups blanched organic spinach
1 cup coconut milk, full fat and organic
1 cup filtered water

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients:
¾ cup steamed cauliflower
½ cup pumpkin puree
1 banana
¾ cup coconut milk
1 scoop EQUIP foods grass fed collagen OR EQUIP foods PRIME protein powder (use code AIMEE for a discount)
2 tbsp almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
toasted shredded coconut (for topping)
Directions:
- Place all ingredients but coconut in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with toasted coconut and enjoy!
Beet Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups packed baby spinach (or leafy green of choice), blanched
1 cup berries of your choice
1/2 cup peeled and chopped beets, cooked
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water

juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
Mango Mint Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach or roughly chopped spinach leaves (about 2 ounces)
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 cup filtered water
1 scoop EQUIP foods grass fed collagen OR EQUIP foods PRIME protein powder (use code AIMEE for a discount)
1/2 cup lightly packed fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup lime juice
1 large or 2 small ripe, juicy mangoes, roughly chopped
1 small banana (optional)
Directions:
In a blender, purée spinach, coconut milk, mint, lime juice, and mangoes until smooth. Taste and add a banana for extra sweetness, if desired. Serve immediately.
Phase 2 Smoothie
(from The Egg Quality Diet)
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut yogurt or 1 cup of coconut milk (depending on your preferred thickness
1 cup of filtered water
½ avocado
1 scoop EQUIP foods grass fed collagen (use code AIMEE for a discount)
1 scoop EQUIP foods PRIME protein powder (use code AIMEE for a discount)
¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
2 cups of blanched spinach or kale
¼ teaspoon of ground Himalayan sea salt
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients; add 1/2 cup filtered water if too thick for your liking. Enjoy!
Note: Throw in some blueberries too as long as you’re not in Phase 2
Cinnamon Cashew Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup raw cashews
4 cups water
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Soak the cashews in water for at least 4-5 hours, or in the fridge overnight.
- Once the cashews have been soaked, place in a blender with 2 cups of water. Begin to blend the mixture on low speed, slowly increasing the speed until the cashews are completely broken down.
- Add in another 2 cups of water, as well as the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Blend completely.
Note: For an even creamier milk, use 3 cups of water instead of 4. However, 4 cups of water will yield a standard milk consistency. The mixture can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Any Nut Milk
Ingredients:
1 cup raw, unsalted nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, Brazil nuts, pecans, macadamia, walnuts)
2-3 cups water for soaking the nuts
4 cups water for blending
Directions:
- Soak the nuts in 2-3 cups water overnight.
- Drain and discard water.
- Blend nuts with 4 cups water until almost smooth.
- Strain the blended nut mixture using butter muslin or a nut milk bag. A tight-weave cloth is preferable, as twisting the top tightly enables you to continue squeezing out more milk.
Healing Bone Broth Drink
Ingredients:
1 cup home-made bone broth
slice of shaved ginger
slice of lemon
fresh mint
1 spoon coconut butter
cayenne pepper just a pinch
sea salt
Directions:
- Reheat bone broth on stove top
- Add all other ingredients and steep for 5 mins
- Drink once or twice daily for immunity & fertility
CCF Tea (cumin, coriander, fennel)
Ingredients:
¼ tsp cumin seed
¼ tsp coriander seed
¼ tsp fennel seed
Directions:
- Boil 1 1/2 cups of bone broth
- Add the whole cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds
- Steep for 5 minutes, or until it cools to a comfortable drinking temperature
- Strain and serve, discarding the spices
Chai Tea (caffeine-free)
Ingredients:
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch clove
1 pinch nutmeg
¼ teaspoon turmeric (or more depending upon taste)
1 ½ cups of water
unsweetened coconut, almond, or hemp milk to taste
Tip: for fertility boost add ¼ teaspoon fresh ginger
Directions:
- Simmer herbs and water together for 10 minutes.
- Strain liquid through fine-mesh sieve.
- Add milk-alternative and sweetener to taste.
Turmeric Ginger Tea / Lemonade
Ingredients:
4 cups water
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (or a 3-inch strip fresh turmeric root, peeled)
4-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled and diced
raw honey to taste
lemon slices, or the juice of a full lemon, to taste
Directions:
- Bring water to a full boil.
- Add turmeric and ginger to the boiling water and reduce to simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the stove. Strain the tea into a cup through a fine-mesh strainer to filter out the particles of turmeric and ginger. Add sweetener and lemon to taste.
- Serve hot as tea during the winter or cool as a lemonade in summer.
Aimee’s Morning Coffee
Ingredients:
A big mug of organic low acid coffee (I like this one; please note this is whole bean, if you want ground choose accordingly)
1 teaspoon ghee or grass-fed unsalted butter (I use this one OR this one)
1 scoop/tablespoon of Organic Raw Cacao (I use this one)
1 scoops of collagen peptides (I use this one)
1 scoop or organic Sunflower lecithin (I use this one)
¼ organic pitted date
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until it’s thick and frothy. Enjoy immediately!
Frothy Butter Coffee with Collagen Proteins

Ingredients:
8-12 oz. organic fresh-brewed hot coffee
2 Tbsp. ghee
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1-2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides or Equip Foods collagen
pinch of sea salt
pinch of organic ground cinnamon
pinch of organic ground ginger
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until it’s thick and frothy. Enjoy immediately!
Gold Beauty Elixir
Bee pollen is also said to be a great fertility booster- for men and women. Bee pollen is an extremely beautifying compound that you want to incorporate regularly into your routine. It’s high in protein, antioxidants, enzymes and minerals, and contains the antioxidant bioflavonoid called rutin, which can help improve your circulation. Chia seeds offer nourishing omega 3 fats that are supportive of your circulation, brain and heart health and all-around fertility quotient.
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups coconut water
1 banana
1 Tbs of bee pollen (adjust to your personal taste and preference, could be more or less)*
1 Tbs. of chia gel (chia seeds soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Directions:
Blend all together and enjoy fresh.
* If you are new to bee pollen introduce only a few granules at a time to see how your body reacts. If you have a pollen allergy, you may not be able to tolerate it.
