I Love Garlic!

Garlic has been used for thousands and thousands of years as a potent medicinal. It has antibiotic and antiviral activity, cancer fighting components and naturally boosts the immune system.

At the first sign of a cold, I dice up a few fresh garlic cloves, add them to a mug of hot water along with some cayenne pepper, lemon, honey and ginger. I drink it down and suffer with bad garlic breath for a day. But it works like a charm.

As we are in the heart of flu season, I figured it'd be a great time to share with you this information packed article on all the various medicinal properties of garlic: Research reveals new properties of garlic-antibiotic and healing herb.

If drinking raw garlic sounds horrific to you– head out to your local health food store and buy enteric coated garlic capsules (take as directed).

Keep your immune system strong and get your garlic on!
